About Me

I love what I do. There is nothing but the act of painting itself that brings more satisfaction to my soul. While painting, I create and unify dissimilar elements that might not otherwise stand alone. I watch the evolution, encouraging it to grow while allowing for balance. Life is art, so I paint, with Passion,Texture and Color.

I usually work with my canvas flat on the floor so that I can become part of the work. I enjoy working on a large canvas because the freedom the paint has compaired to a small surface. I also do not necessarily have a traditional right or wrong way for the piece to be viewed. I create much of my work so that they can be viewed many ways which allows the piece to speak differently to each viewer. I work with many different mediums for their texture, color, and their drying patterns.

I want it to evoke some type of feeling with my art

I want people to feel the way that I did, and still do when I view art.

If some kind of reaction is established after viewing my work, that is when I know that I have reached complete satisfaction with what I am creating.
